[origin: US4388758A] An inductive measuring device comprises a rotor and a stator, each of which has an electrical conductor mounted thereon. Opposed grooves are formed in the conductor side of the stator and the rotor, the slip rings and contact brushes are mounted in respective grooves such that both the slip rings and the contact brushes are mounted internally between the rotor and the stator, thereby protecting the slip ring and brushes from damage and fouling and reducing the size of the measurement device and the need for external adjustment.

Diese digitale elektrische Winkelmeßeinrichtung weist einen Stator (S) und einen Rotor (R) auf. Die einander zugewandten Flächen sind mit elektrisch leitenden Meßrastern in Form von Meßteilungen (RT, ST) versehen. Die der relativen Verdrehung von Stator (S) und Rotor (R) proportionale Meßspannung wird über koaxial angeordnete Schleifringe (BS1, BS2) und Kontaktbürsten (B11, B12, B13, B14, B21, B22, B23, B24) abgegriffen, die auf den einander zugewandten Flächen des Stators (S) und des Rotors (R) in koaxialen Nuten (SN, RN) angeordnet sind.
