1. A device for mixing and homogenizing at least two media, comprising a boiler (2) on whose end plate (3) a homogenizer (4=7,8) comprising a stator (8) and a rotor (7) rotatable around a shaft is disposed, the stator having a top inlet part and a bottom end part, the device being movable from a first operative position, in which the mixed material in the boiler can be conveyed in in-line operation from the boiler through the homogenizer to the bottom boiler portion, into at least one second operative position, in which the mixed material in the boiler can be conveyed in circulating operation from the boiler through the homogenizer via a by-pass line (26) back to the top boiler portion or discharged, characterized in that the homogenizer (4=7,8) is stationary in the axial direction and disposed below the boiler end plate, and a control ring (11) axially adjustable relative to the homogenizer (4) by an adjusting means is disposed radially outwards of the homogenizer (4=7,8) and, in a first operative position (fig.1), opens a first duct (27), disposed between a first annular control surface (16) and a parallel first surface (21) of the inlet part, and extending from the homogenizer (4) to the boiler (2) and, by way of a second annular control surface (18), engages sealingly with a second surface (22), parallel to the second annular control surface (18), of the closure member (23), and in a second operative position (fig.2) the control rings (11) engages sealingly with the surface (21) of the inlet member, by way of its first control surface (16), and bounds between its second control surface (18) and the second surface (22) of the closure member (23) a second duct (29) into which the by-pass line (26) extends.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Mischen und Homogenisieren wenigstens zweier Medien, mit einem Kessel, an dessen Boden ein einen um eine Achse drehbaren Rotor und einen Stator aufweisender Homogenisator angeordnet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung aus einer ersten Betriebsstellung, in der das im Kessel befindliche Mischgut im Inline- Betrieb aus dem Kessel durch den Homogenisator in den unteren Kesselabschnitt zurückzuführen ist, wenigstens in eine zweite Betriebsstellung unzuschalten ist, in der das im Kessel befindliche Mischgut im Umlaufbetrieb aus dem Kessel durch den Homogenisator über eine Bypass-Leitung in den oberen Kesselabschnitt zurückzuführen bzw. zu entleeren ist, wobei radial auswärts zum Homogenisator (4=7,8) ein mittels eines Einstellmittels realtiv zum Homogenisator (4) axial einstellbarer Steuerring (11) angeordnet ist, der in einer ersten Betriebsstellung (Fig. 1) zwischen einer ersten ringförmigen Steuerfläche (16) und einer hierzu parallelen ersten Gehäusefläche (21) einen vom Homogenisator (4) in den Kessel (2) führenden ersten Kanal (27) freigibt, während er mit einer zweiten ringförmigen Steuerfläche (18) an einer zu dieser parallelen zweiten Gehäusefläche (22) dichtend anliegt, und der in einer zweiten Betriebsstellung (Fig. 2) mit seiner ersten Steuerfläche (16) an der ersten Gehäusefläche (21) dichtend anliegt und zwischen seiner zweiten Steuerfläche (18) und der zweiten Gehäusefläche (22) einen zweiten Kanal (29) bildet, in welchem die Bypass-Leitung (26) mündet.
