In a water heating installation a differential pressure regulator is provided between the flow 76 and the return 80, said regulator having an overflow valve 22, 26 and being able to release a short-circuit connection connected in parallel with the radiators 78 when a predetermined differential pressure is exceeded. A switch contact 42 in the control circuit of the heat source 72, on the differential pressure regulator, opens on the opening of the overflow valve 22, 23 and switches off the heat source. The flow temperature is thus regulated in dependence on heat requirements. In order to avoid excessive lowering of the flow temperature, an admixture valve 50 is connected in parallel to the overflow valve 22, 26 and opens when the temperature of the flow water is below a predetermined value. The differential pressure regulator, with the overflow valve 22, 26 and the admixture valve 50, is connected in series with a heat exchanger 82, serving as water heater, between said heat exchanger and the return (Fig.2). <IMAGE>

Bei einer Warmwasser-Heizungsanlage ist zwischen Vorlauf 76 und Rücklauf 80 ein Differenzdruckregler mit einem Überströmventil 22, 26 vorgesehen, durch den bei Überschreiten eines vorgegebenen Differenzdrucks eine parallel zu den Heizkörpern 78 liegende Kurzschlußverbindung freigebbar ist. Ein Schaltkontakt 42 im Steuerkreis der Wärmequelle 72 an dem Differenzdruckregler öffnet bei Öffnen des Überströmventils 22, 23 und schaltet die Wärmequelle ab. Dadurch erfolgt eine Regelung der Vorlauftemperatur in Abhängigkeit vom Wärmebedarf. Um ein zu starkes Absinken der Vorlauftemperatur zu vermeiden, liegt parallel zu dem Überströmventil 22.26 ein Beimischventil 50, welches öffnet, wenn die Temperatur des Vorlaufwassers einen vorgegebenen Wert unterscheidet. Der Differenzdruckregler mit Überströmventil 22, 26 und Beimischventil 50 liegt in Reihe mit einem als Warmwasserbereiter dienenden Wärmetauscher 82 zwischen diesem und dem Rücklauf.
