Each heat exchanging unit (37,38) may include tank chambers (24-27) to which a fluid inlet pipe (28,29) and a fluid outlet pipe (30,31) are connected, respectively, tubes (33,34) connected between the tank chambers (24-27) and fins (35,36) attached to the tubes (33,34). The heat exchanging units (37,38) are arranged concentrically with each other around the axis (20) of the blower (22).
