[origin: EP0036361A1] 1. Ready-to-fit unitary sink assembly (1) having one single draining board (2) ant at least one bowl (3), for example of enamelled steel, characterized in that it includes, between the draining board (2) and the bowl (3) closest to it, two cup-shaped depression (4a, 4b) with a pierced base having the same shape and dimensions, these two cup-shaped depressions (4a, 4b) being close to the two respective longitudinal edges of the sink (1), and each being adapted to allow the mounting to them of, depending on whether the draining board (2) is to be located at the righthand side or the lefthand side of the bowl (3), either a base (6) for a tap (8) or a perforated rose fitting (7), having the same shape and dimensions as said base (6), and designed to act, for example, as a drain for gravy and the like.
