1. A method for obtaining by the hydraulic bending process, pieces of such shapes as T, or bulb sections from blanks having the shape of a tubular cross section or a similar shape, wherein one applies mechanical compression in the longitudinal direction of the blank and then hydraulic pressure within the latter so as to obtain a deformation of the blank in the transverse direction, the method being characterized in that it comprises at least one stage consisting in measuring, when the longitudinal compression attains a predetermined value, the corresponding value, the corresponding value of the internal pressure and/or of the transverse deformation of the blank, and in determining, depending on the said corresponding value, the subsequent relationship between the internal pressure and the longitudinal compression.

Procède pour obtenir par hydroflambage des pièces de forme telles que des T, caractérisé par le fait qu'après avoir soumis l'ébauche à une compression longitudinale donnée, (4,5) l'on provoque une augmentation de la pression (20) à l'intérieur de l'ébauche pour obtenir une déformation transversale de cette dernière (7) et que l'on détermine en fonction de la valeur de la pression interne la loi de variation que l'on lui fait subir ultérieurement.
