1. Sole for shoes consisting of at least two substantially rigid parts (1, 2) consisting at least partially of wood or wood materials and being connected one with the other in a flexible manner at the ball area, noting that an intermediate part (4) of flexibel material is provided within the gap located between mutually opposed front surfaces of adjacent substantially rigid parts and extending over the whole width of the sole and that a running sole (3) of flexible material is provided on the bottom side of the substantially rigid parts, characterized in that the substantially rigid parts (1, 2) being composed in a manner known per se of layers extending in substantially parallel relation to the running surface (5) and/or to the surface (6) facing the foot sole form an insole in which at least the layer located immediately adjacent the foot sole consists of wood or wood materials and which has fixed to its bottom side a running sole (3) consisting of foamed synthetic plastics material, preferably polyurethane, the thickness of the running sole (3) being - as measured in a direction perpendicularly extending to the running surface - greater within the ball area than is the thickness of the substantially rigid parts (1, 2).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sohle für Schuhe, bestehend aus wenigstens zwei im wesentlichen starren Teilen (1,2), die über flexible Verbindungsteile (3), vorzugsweise aus Polyurethan, miteinander verbunden sind. Um einerseits eine einwandfreie Verbindung zu erzielen, anderseits eine einfache Herstellung mit geringem Materialbedarf zu ermöglichen, sind die im wesentlichen starren Teile (1,2) aus Schichten (4) aufgebaut, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Lauffläche (5) und/oder parallel zur der Fußsohle zugewendeten Fläche (6) verlaufen. Die Schichten (4) können zumindest teilweise aus Holz, beispielsweise aus Furnierholz, Schichtholz oder Preßholz, bestehen, aus Kork, insbesondere auch aus Preßkork, aus Lederfaserwerkstoffen oder aus Kunststoff, in dem natürliche und/oder synthetische Füllstoffe vorgesehen sein können.
