Abstract (en)
A hood (2) can be traversed horizontally and raised and lowered vertically within a frame (1). The hood (2) is open towards the bottom and equipped with holding devices (4) in the form of suction boxes. These suction boxes are used to hold fresh exposed aggregate concrete slabs (5) in the hood (2) and move them across a spraying device (7). In the region of the spraying device (7), the underside of the exposed aggregate concrete slabs is sprayed with retarders and the retarder not hitting the exposed aggregate concrete slabs (5) is sucked off via the hood (2) and returned to the further work process. The sprayed exposed aggregate concrete slabs (5) are then deposited on a pallet (12). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Innerhalb eines Gestelles (1) ist eine Haube (2) horizontal verfahrbar sowie vertikal heb- und senkbar. Die Haube (2) ist nach unten offen und mit Haltevorrichtungen (4) in Form von Saügkasten ausgestattät. Mit diesen Saugkästen werden frische Waschbetonplatten (5) in der Haube (2) gehalten und über eine Sprühvorrichtung (7) hinweg bewegt. Im Bereich der Sprühvorrichtung (7) wird die Unterseite der Waschbetonplatten mit Abbindeverzögerungsmittel besprüht, das nicht auf die Waschbetonplatten (5) gelangende Abbindeverzögerungsmittel wird durch die Haube (2) abgesaugt und dem weiteren Arbeitsprozeß wieder zugeführt. Die besprühten Waschbetonplatten (5) wirden anschließend auf eine Palette (12) abgelegt.
