The invention relates to an arrangement for producing electron beams in a vacuum discharge vessel, preferably a television tube or oscilloscope tube, having an electron beam generating system with electrodes at different potentials, which can be generated by a resistor dividing system, parts of the resistor dividing system being arranged along the electron beam generating system, preferably in the form of a resistor path (R1 + R2), burnt onto a substrate (9), which parts can be aligned by means of a laser beam in the operating state of the vacuum discharge vessel. Figure 1 shows the prior art, Figure 2 shows a schematic example for a body design and Figures 3 and 4 show different examples for internal circuits. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Erzeugung von gebündelten Elektronenstrahlen in einem Vakuum-Entladungsgefäss, vorzugsweise Fernsehbildröhre oder Oszillographenröhre, mit einem Elektronenstrahlerzeugersystem mit Elektroden verschiedener durch ein Widerstandsteilersystem erzeugbarer Potentiale, wobei Teile des Widerstandsteilersystems am Elektronenstrahlerzeugersystem entlang vorzugsweise in Form einer auf einem Substrat (9) eingebrannten Widerstandsbahn (R1 + R2) angeordnet sind, die mittels eines Laserstrahls im Betriebszustand des Vakuumentladüngsgefässes abgleichbar sind. Abbildung 1 zeigt den Stand der Technik, Abbildung 2 ein schematisches Beispiel für eine körperliche Ausführung und die Abbildungen 3 und 4 verschiedene Beispiele für Innenbeschaltungen.
