In a window or a door having soffit parts (5a, 5b, 5c) consisting of metal, in which the soffit parts (5a, 5b, 5c) of each soffit face are arranged at a distance to one another during the mounting of the window frame or door frame (1). The distance between the soffit parts serves for heat insulation. According to an embodiment, the window or the door is provided with an integrated rolling-shutter box (17). All the parts of the window or the door can be assembled at the construction site, thereby making the transport of complex structural components unnecessary. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Fenster oder einer Tür mit Laibungsteilen (5a, 5b, 5c) aus Metall, bei welchen die Laibungsteile (5a, 5b, 5c) jeder Laibungsfläche in Abstand zueinander unter Einfassung des Fensterrahmens oder Türrahmens (1) angeordnet sind. Der Abstand zwischen den Laibungsteilen dient der Wärmeisolation. Das Fenster oder die Tür ist nach einer Ausführungsform mit einem integrierten Roll-ladenkasten (17) versehen. Alle Teile des Fensters bzw. der Tür lassen sich an der Baustelle zusammensetzen, wodurch ein Transport komplexer Bauelemente entfällt.
