1. Insert (1) for a child's bath (8) for supporting an infant, with an inclined part (6) for supporting the upper part of the body and a part for supporting the head, said part having a recess (4) of elliptical cross section, wherein the insert (4) consists of a soft/yielding material with a non-slip surface, and wherein the recess (4) in the head part (2) has a longitudinal axis of about 11 cm and a transverse axis of about 9.5 cm, as well as a depth of at least 5 cm, the upper edge (5) of the recess (4) being closed.

Die Erfindung sieht bei einer Vorrichtung zur Stützung des Kopfes von Babies und Säuglingen in einer Badewanne in Form eines in diese einlegbaren Einsatzes mit einer Vertiefung, in die der Kopf einlegbar ist, vor, daß, zu einer sicheren Unterstützung des Kinderköpfchens in seitlicher Richtung und zur Verbindung eines Verschiebens in der Körperlängsrichtung, die Vertiefung an der Oberseite des Einsatzes einen von einer geschlossenen, insbesondere ovalen oder elliptischen Kurve gebildeten Rand aufweist.
