Abstract (en)
In a line transformer for a television receiver in which the start and end of the primary winding (4) end at the same end of the coil former (15), an insulating film is required between the two partial windings (4a, 4b) to achieve the necessary dielectric strength. Moreover, it is necessary to ensure that the cast mass (17) penetrates satisfactorily into the intermediate spaces of the turns of the primary winding (4). To save insulating film, and to improve the penetration of the cast mass (17), the coil former (15) is provided with axially running grooves (16) on its surface through which the cast mass (17) can flow. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Zeilentransformator für einen Fernsehempfänger, bei dem Anfang und Ende der Primärwicklung (4) am selben Ende des Spulenkörpers (15) enden, wird zur Erzielung der notwendigen Spannungsfestigkeit eine Isolierfolie zwischen den beiden Teilwicklungen (4a, 4b) benötigt. Außerdem muß erreicht werden, daß die Vergußmasse (17) einwandfrei in die Zwischenräume der Windungen der Primärwicklung (4) eindringt. Zur Einsparung der Isolierfolie und zur Verbesserung des Eindringens der Vergußmasse (17) ist der Spulenkörper (15) an seiner Oberfläche mit axial verlaufenden Nuten (16) versehen, durch die die Vergußmasse (17) hindurchfließen kann.
