[origin: US4391542A] Sheet feeding accessories for a typewriter-type printer unit having a stepwise driven print roller. The single sheet feeder is pivotally mounted on the printing unit and the continuous sheet feeder is mounted piggyback style on the single sheet feeder. A drive belt commonly connects the print roller, the single sheet feeder, and the continuous sheet feeder. take-off (60,61) is provided down stream in the direction of printing media movement. Both a single sheet conveyor (15) and a continuous form conveyor (30) attached to conveyor 15 are driven by a drive belt 21 commonly interconnecting the drive roller (12), the drive take-off (60,61) with the sheet and forms conveyor to achieve synchronous operation in the same feed direction. The drive take-off (60,61) has rollers of such a circumference in engagement with the printing media so as to maintain tension on the printing media when fed therethrough.

Einrichtung zur schrittweisen Zuführung von Aufzeichnungsträgern (55;56) zu einer Schreibzeile eines Schreibwerkes (10), wobei ein Einzelblattförderer (15) und ein gleichsinnig transportierender Endlosformularförderer (30) über den Antrieb (21) des Einzelblattförderer (15) mit dem Schrittantrieb (81) des Schreibwerks (10) gekoppelt ist und der Antrieb (21) Vereinzelungsvorrichtungen (56;57) über Kupplungen (19;20) und Abzugsvorrichtung-Transportelement (60;62) so antreibt, daß der Aufzeichnungsträger (55;65) laufend vorgespannt ist. Der Endlosformulaförderer (30) ist über Haltearme (51) an Einzelblattförderer (15) ansetzbar, wobei die Kopplung des Antriebs über Zahnräder (26;28) erfolgt. Der Einzelblattförderer (15) kann über Schwenkvorrichtung (16) aus der Arbeitsstellung weggeschwenkt werden, wodurch eine Einzelblattzuführung von Hand ermöglicht wird. In Arbeitsstellung wird der Antrieb (21) über Zahnräder (29) mit dem Schrittantrieb (81) des Schreibwerks (10) gekoppelt.
