1. A wall (4, 11, 12a, 13, 16) used in dragee-production to separate the black technical zone (1) from the grey production zone (2) of a dragee-production vessel (10), of which the axis of rotation (11a) is inclined with respect to the horizontal and of which the dragee-production vessel opening (12) lies in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation (11a) and into which at least one probe (5) projects from above, the dragee-production wall having a dragee-production opening portion (11) which is arranged in front of the dragee-production vessel opening (12), characterised in that the dragee-production opening portion (11) is inclined to a greater extent than the dragee-production vessel opening (12) and that in the region of the upper portion of the dragee-production vessel opening rim (9) the probe(s) (5) projecting from above into the dragee-production vessel (10) is (are) arranged between the dragee-production opening portion (11) and the dragee-production vessel opening (12).
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dragierwand zur Trennung des sogenannten schwarzen Technikbereichs (1) vom sogenannten grauen Produktionsbereichs (2) eines Dragierkessels (10), wobei das Dragieröffnungsteil (11) vor der Dragierkesselöffnung (12) zu dieser entsprechend geneigt angeordnet ist und zwischen dem Dragieröffnungsteil (11) und der Dragierkesselöffnung (12) mindestens eine Sonde (5) zum oberen Dragierkesselöffnungsrand benachbart angeordnet ist. Dabei kann an dem Dragieröffnungsteil (11) ein Kragen (8) über dem gesamten Umfang der Dragierkesselöffnung (12) bis zu dieser erstreckt angeordnet sein. Das Unterteil (13) der Dragierwand kann nach innen unter das Dragieröffnungsteil (11) geneigt angeordnet sein. Der Kragenrand der Dragierwand kann als die eine Hälfte einer Labyrinthdichtung (7) ausgebildet sein und zwar zur Aufnahme des als andere Hälfte der Labyrinthdichtung (7) ausgebildeten Dragierkesselöffnungsrandes. Schließlich kann der Dichtungsspalt der Labyrinthdichtung beim Kragen (8) von einer elastischen Leiste mindestens teilweise abgedeckt und mit Luft beaufschlagt sein. Am unteren Kragenrand kann an einer Sammelleitung ein Sammelbehälter angeordnet sein.
