[origin: ES8203215A1] A cutter and mixer apparatus for foodstuffs has a bowl 4 rotatably mounted in a housing. Rotary knives 10 are attached to a shaft 16 and extend into the bowl. The bowl is covered by two hoods 31, 32 which are hinged approximately in the middle above the bowl and can be swung up and open opposite one another. Below the bowl a primary plate 3 is situated on whose one end a vertical sidewall 20 is welded. An angled yoke 24 spans the bowl and is attached at one end to the sidewall and at the other end to the opposite side of the primary plate. The plate, sidewall and yoke form the support frame for the apparatus on which all important functional parts are attached. The closed construction provides for an efficient power transfer and a high level of stability.

Der Kutter ist mit einer Schüssel (4) versehen, die drehbar im Gehäuse angeordnet ist. An einer Messerwelle (16) sind rotierende Messer (10) befestigt, die in die Schüssel greifen. Die Schüssel (4) ist durch zwei Hauben (31, 32) abgedeckt, die etwa mittig oberhalb derselben (4) angelenkt sind und gegeneinander nach oben aufgeklappt werden können. Unterhalb der Schüssel (4) ist eine Hauptplatte (3) angeordnet, an deren einer Seite eine nach oben ragende Seitenwand (20) angeschweißt ist. Ein abgewinkeltes Joch (24) überspannt die Schüssel (4) und ist mit einem Ende an der Seitenwand (20) befestigt. Das andere Ende des Joches (24) ist auf der anderen Seite der Hauptplatte (3) abgestützt und dort mit dieser verbunden. Die Hauptplatte (3), die Seitenwand (20) und das Joch (24) bilden das tragende Element des Kutters, an dem alle wichtigen funktionellen Teile befestigt sind. Durch die in sich geschlossene Konstruktion wird ein geschlossener Kraftfluß und eine hohe Stabilität erzielt.
