1. A clamp-vice adapted to be fixed to a plate (2) of a table or bench in proximity to an edge of said plate, of the type comprising a frame (1), a yoke (8) pivotally connected to said frame (1) by one of its ends and carrying at its opposite end a clamping screw (10) provided with a jaw (13), said frame (1) being fixed to a sole plate (3), characterized in that the sole plate is slidably mounted in rail (4) fixed under said plate (2), and it further comprises means (14, 15, 17) for maintaining said yoke (8) in given angular positions relative to the plate (2).

Dans cette presse-étau destinée à être fixée sous un plateau (2) de table ou d'établi, à proximité d'un bord dudit plateau, du type comportant un bâti (1), un étrier (8) articulé sur ledit bâti (1) par une de ses extrémités et portant à son extrémité opposée une vis de serrage (10) pourvue d'une mâchoire (13), ledit bâti (1) est articulé sur une semelle (3) montée à coulissement dans un rail (4) fixé sous ledit plateau (2), et en ce qu'elle comporte en outre des moyens (14,15,17) de maintien dudit étrier (8) dans des positions angulaires déterminées par rapport au plateau (2), ledit étrier ayant une longueur réglable.
