[origin: US4466333A] PCT No. PCT/EP81/00076 Sec. 371 Date Feb. 8, 1982 Sec. 102(e) Date Feb. 8, 1982 PCT Filed Jun. 15, 1981.The armored vehicle comprises on or in its armored body, a revolving turret and a shieldplate mounted thereon as a bearing for a gun carrier which carries a cartridge magazine designed as a container located laterally (to the left and/or right) or at the top or bottom or behind the gun carrier. The armored body has a closable opening therein, and a horizontal container slideway with a container reloading station is located within the armored body. At an indexed rotational position of the turret and simultaneously at a vertical indexed angular position of the gun carrier an empty container can be guided with the aid of a conveyor downward through the opening into the container reloading station and can be removed then by a loaded container moving up. The loaded container can then be brought by the conveyor upward into the locking position at the gun carrier.

Das Panzerfahrzeug weist auf bzw. in seiner Panzerdecke (64) einen drehbaren Turm (3) und eine sich darauf erhebende Schildwange (14) als Lager für einen Waffenträger (2) auf, der z.B. seitwärts ein als Container (1) ausgebildetes Patronenmagazin lösbar befestigt trägt. Unterhalb der Panzerdecke (4) und einer verschliessbaren Öffnung (6) in derselben ist eine waagerechte Container-Verschiebebahn (5a, 1b) mit einer Container-Nachladestation (7) angeordnet. Bei einer bestimmten Drehlage des Turms (3) und gleichzeitig einer bestimmten Höhenwinkellage des Waffenträgers (2) kann der leergeschossene Container (1) mit Hilfe eines Transportmittels (11) abwärts (1a) durch die Öffnung (6) in die Container-Nachladestation (7) geführt und von dort mittels des nachrückenden vollen Ersatz-Containers (5) entfernt werden. Der Ersatz-Container (5) lässt sich sodann von dem Transportmittel (11) aufwärts (5b) in die Verriegelungsposition am Waffenträger (2) bringen.
