The device consists of a nozzle connection (20) and an element (26) which is inserted between the start (11a) of a rock anchor designed as a pipe (11) and a sealing surface (24) of the nozzle connection (20). The nozzle connection (20) comprises two concentrically arranged pipes (22, 23) for the separate feed of the two components (B,K) of a two-component adhesive. The element (26) consists of a plastically deformable material and has a cylindrical collar surrounding the start (11a) of the pipe and a flange (27). The outer wall (22) of the nozzle connection (20) ends in an edge (25) as an intersection line between a conical surface and a cylindrical surface. A static mixer (13) is inserted at the start (11a) of the pipe. A two-component adhesive can be pressed at a pressure of 120 bar into the pipe (11) by this device in order to fill the pipe and the intermediate space between the outer surface of the pipe and the wall of a drill hole for the purpose of producing a non-prestressed anchor for consolidating rock. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Düsenstock (20) und einem Element (26), das zwischen den Rohranfang (11a) eines als Rohr (11) ausgebildeten Felsankers und einer Dichtfläche (24) des Düsenstockes (20) eingesetzt ist. Der Düsenstock (20) umfasst zwei konzentrisch angeordnete Rohre (22, 23) für die getrennte Zufuhr der beiden Komponenten (B,K) eines Zweikomponenten-Klebstoffes. Das Element (26) besteht aus einem plastisch verformbaren Material und weist eine zylindrische, den Rohranfang (11a) umfassende Manschette und einen Flansch (27) auf. Die äussere Wand (22) des Düsenstockes (20) endet in einer Kante (25) als Schnittlinie zwischen einer Kegelfläche und einer Zylinderfläche. Im Rohranfang (11a) ist ein statischer Mischer (13) eingesetzt. Durch diese Vorrichtung kann ein Zweikomponenten-Klebstoff mit einem Druck von 120 bar in das Rohr (11) eingepresst werden, um das Rohr und den Zwischenraum zwischen Aussenfläche des Rohres und der Wand eines Bohrloches auszufüllen, zum Zweck, einen Schlaffanker zur Festigung von Gestein zu bilden. Das Setzen der Schlaffanker lässt sich dadurch maschinell durchführen.
