[origin: US4422563A] The present invention relates to a container construction provided with a nestable pouring spout assembly integral with a collar fitted with respect to the opening of the container and comprising a tubular sleeve adapted to be retracted and nested within the container or pulled to an upstanding extended positon for pouring. A threaded cap closure is adapted to be screwed onto the tubular sleeve. The periphery of the head of the cap is provided with two half-rings connected to the periphery of the head by means of frangible bridges, the half-rings forming disengagement levers. A vertical rib fixed to the periphery of each half-ring is provided for preventing access to the head when the tubular sleeve is nested in storing position.

Il comprend une embase (2) reliée par un manchon souple (4) à un embout fileté (5) sur lequel est vissé un bouchon (6). La tête (7) de celui-ci comprend deux demi-anneaux (10-11) comportant chacun en leur milieu une oreille de préhension (10c), respectivement (11c). Chaque demi-anneau pivote autour de deux tenons (12, 13), respectivement (14, 15) pour constituer levier en vue d'amorcer l'extraction du manchon (4). La bride horizontale (3) de l'embase (2) est pourvue d'un rebord vertical (3a) entourant les demi-anneaux (10 et 11) et comportant deux encoches (3b, 3c) dans lesquelles sont retenues lss oreilles (10c, 11c) des demi-anneaux de sorte que le dévissage du bouchon est rendu impossible tant que les pontets (16, 17) reliant ces derniers à la tête (7) ne sont pas rompus. Goulot pour bidon métallique.
