1. Device for cooling or drying of coarsely granular, pourable material with a plurality of superimposed floors rotatable about a common axis, wherein each floor is subdivided into a plurality of segments, which are each able to tilt about a tilting axis lying radially with respect to the common axis of rotation, and with devices for retaining the segments in the plane of their floor and for enabling tilting of the segments only in one zone of rotation, characterised in that with each floor (1) there is associated a tilting lever (35) which can swing about a stationary swinging axis (D), and which can forcibly tilt one segment (2 to 5, 25, 48) at a time in the zone of rotation (51), that a first lever arm (38, 40, 41, 42) of the tilting lever projects into the path of movement of the supports (6 to 8, 23, 46) for the segments and can be tilted on an engagement with a support, and that a second lever arm (41, 44) of the tilting lever, upon a tilting of the first lever arm, comes into engagement with a segment for forcible tilting of the latter about its tilting axis (B).

Vorrichtung zur Kühlung oder Trocknung von grobkörnigem, rieselfähigem Gut mit mehreren, übereinanderliegenden und um eine gemeinsame Drehachse (9) drehbaren Böden (1), wobei jeder Boden in mehrere Segmente (2, 3, 4, 5) unterteilt ist, die jeweils um eine zu der gemeinsamen Drehachse (9) radiale Kippachse (6, 7, 8) kippbar sind und mit die Segmente in der Ebene ihres Bodens haltenden und die Kippung der Segmente lediglich in einem Drehbereich ermöglichenden Einrichtungen. Derartige Vorrichtungen eignen sich insbesondere zur Kühlung von Futtermittelpellets bei deren Herstellung sowie zur Trocknung von Getreide. Die Erfindung strebt eine einfach aufgebaute und dennoch exakt arbeitende Vorrichtung der genannten Art an. Es wird demgemäß eine Vorrichtung vorgesehen, bei der jedem Boden ein um eine feststehende Schwenkachse (36) schwenkbarer, jeweils ein Segment indem Drehbereich zwangsweise kippender Kipphebel (35) zugeordnet ist, bei der ein erster Hebelarm (38) des Kipphebels in die Bewegungsbahn der Halterungen für die Segmente vorsteht, und bei der der zweite Hebelarm (39) bei einer Verschwenkung des ersten Hebelarms in Angriff an einem Segment zur zwangsweisen Kippung desselben um seine Kippachse kommt.
