As well as the longitudinal sealing of plastic-insulated cables, the longitudinal sealing of individual plastic-insulated conductors (10) is also increasingly being required, which leads to problems if these conductors (10) are of a multi-wire design. A water-block which is simple to produce in manufacture is implemented according to the invention in that the individual wires (11, 12) are enveloped by a mass or a sleeve piece (13) at specific longitudinal intervals on a short piece, the sleeve piece (13) already being plastic at low temperature differences. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Neben der Längsdichtigkeit von kunststoffisolierten Kabeln wird in zunehmendem Maße auch die Längsdichtigkeit von einzelnen kunststoffisolierten Leitern (10) gefordert, was Probleme aufwirft, wenn diese Leiter (10) mehrdrähtig ausgebildet sind. Eine einfache in der Fertigung herzustellende Wassersperre wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch bewirkt, daß die einzelnen Drähte (11,12) in bestimmten Längsabständen auf ein kurzes Stück von einer Masse bzw. einem Schlauchstück (13) umhüllt werden, die bereits bei geringen Temperaturdifferenzen plastisch wird.
