Um mit einem Stanzwerkzeug, bei dem der Stanzstempel (4) mit engem Spiel in einem Abstreifer (7) geführt ist und bei dem in eine Kammer (19) oberhalb der Abstreiferöffnung (9) ein Öl-Luft-Gemisch zugeführt wird, auch schwer bearbeitbare Bleche wie Nirostableche stanzen zu können, wird in der Wand der Abstreiferöffnung (9) mindestens eine sich über den Umfang des Stempels (4) erstreckende Ölsammeltasche (15) ausgebildet, die über einem im Abstreifer (7) geführten Kanal (20) mit der Kammer (19) verbunden ist.
