Die Erfindung betrifft einen Plattenhalter zur Verankerung von Fassadenplatten aus Naturwerkstein, Betonwerkstein und Keramik auf einer Unterkonstruktion für hinterlüftete Fassadenplatten an Gebäudewänden. Die Unterkonstruktion besteht aus als Festpunkt und Gleitpunkt ausgebildeten Wandhalteprofilen, Abstandshaltern, Mittelträgern oder Stoßträgern, wobei die einander zugewandten Flächen der Wandhalteprofile, Abstandshalter, Mittelträger vertikal angeordnete ineinandergreifende Rillen aufweisen und mittels Nietverbindungen miteinander verbindbar sind. Nach der Erfindung werden zur Halterung der Fassadenplatten besondere Plattenhalter vorgesehen. Diese weisen eine mittels Klemmgliedern (80) mit dem Haltesteg (5) eines Mittelträgers od. dgl. verbindbare Klemmscheibe (93) auf, and der senkrecht zur Ebene der Klemmscheibe (93) ein Dornhalter (17) zur Aufnahme eines Ankerdorns (19) angeformt ist. Die Dornabschnitte (20, 21) werden in an sich bekannter Weise in jeweils ein Dornloch einer Fassadenplatte (3) eingeführt und halten diese an der Fassadenunterkonstruktion. Die Plattenhalter können als Gleit-und Festpunkte sowie als Randhalter (14, 50) ausgebildet werden. Ein Herausfallen der Fassadenplatten (3) aus dem Plattenverband wird durch die seitlichen Plattenhalter (12, 13) sowie den Ankerdorn (97) des an den oberen Rand der jeweiligen Fassadenplatte (3) angeordneten Randhalters (50) verhindert. Die randseitig angeordneten Fassadenplatten (3) können somit mittels der Randhalter (50) diagonal verklemmt und sicher gegen Herausfallen gehalten werden. Da die Ankerdorne (97) fluchtend zum jeweiligen Mittelsteg (4) des Tragelements der Fassadenunterkonstruktion (1) ausgerichtet sind, treten keine zusätzlichen Momente auf.
