1. An apparatus for filling the inner space of an insulation glass unit with a filler gas, comprizing a filling device (30), pressure gauge means (34) for measuring the gas pressure inside said insulation glass unit (10) and extracting means (32) connectable to an exhaust port (20) of said insulation glass unit (10), characterized by a control unit (28) for controlling the quantity of entering gas and/or the quantity of escaping air-gas mixture as a function of the pressure measured by said pressure gauge means (34), wherein a gauge head (36) of said pressure gauge means (34) penetrating inside said insulation glass unit (10) is provided on a filling probe (24) or on a filling nozzle of said filling device (30), or on an exhaust probe (26) or on an exhaust nozzle of said extracting means (32).
Abstract (de)
Wahrend des Befüllens wird an mindestens einer Abströmöffnung (20) das Gas-Luftgemisch abgesaugt wobei die Absaugmenge in der gleichen Größenordnung liegt wie die Einfüllmenge des Füllgases, so daß der Druck im Innenraum der Isolierglaseinheit (10) etwa konstant gehalten wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung weist ein Absauggerät (32) auf, das an eine Abströmöffnung (20) der Isolierglaseinheit (10) anschließbar ist, sowie ein Steuergerät (28) zur Steuerung der Menge des abströmenden Gases in Abhängigkeit von der Menge des einströmenden Gases.
