Abstract (en)
1. A combustion apparatus, particularly for a steam generator, comprising a combustion chamber which is followed downwardly by a post-combustion grate and by an ash pan, the opening of the lower part of said ash pan being divided into two parts (5, 6), characterized in that each of these parts constitutes the entry of a sheath (7, 8), the separation means which limit the two said parts not mounting above the plane (E) of said opening, and in that the two sheaths are disposed symmetrically with respect to a vertical plane, the lower part of each of the sheaths presenting an opening (9, 10) onto a post-combustion grate (11, 12), the two grates being parallel to each other.

Dans cet appareil, l'ouverture de la partie inférieure du cendrier (4) est divisée en deux parties (5), (6), chacune de ces parties formant l'entrée d'une gaine (7) (8), les deux gaines étant disposées symétriquement par rapport à un plan vertical, les moyens de séparation délimitant les deux parties précitées (7), (8), ne s'étendant pas au-dessus du plan (E) de ladite ouverture, à partie inférieure de chacune des gaines présentant une ouverture (9), (10) débouchant sur une grille de post-combustion 1(2), les deux grilles étant parallèles.
