[origin: US4459570A] A dielectric resonator ultra-high frequency filter tunable in a large band width in which each dielectric resonator is constituted by a dielectric component with a high dielectric constant, which is fixed relative to an enclosure and a component made from the same dielectric material which is movable relative to the first component, in such a way that the distance d between facing surfaces of these two dielectric components varies, leading to a variation in the tuning frequency of the filter by modifying the coupling conditions.

L'invention se rapporte à un filtre hyperfréquence à resonateur diélectrique accordable dans une grande largeur de bande. Pour cela, chaque résonateur diélectrique est constitué d'un élément en diélectrique de forte constante diélectrique (5) fixe par rapport au boîtier (1) et d'un autre élément en matériau diélectrique (8) mobile par rapport au premier, de façon que la distance d'entre les surfaces en regard de ces deux éléments diélectriques varie, entraînant une variation de la fréquence d'accord du filtre par modifica?tion? des conditions de couplage. Application, notamment, à la réalisation de filtres hyperfréquence standard utilisables dans des gammes de fréquences différentes après accord préalable.
