[origin: WO8102562A1] The storing tank, is particularly for fluids exposed to the action of water, such as oil and petrol, has an internal shell (2) of a plastic material. The material used for the internal shell is a glass fiber reinforced polyester. The polyester is however not chemically stable with respect to mixtures of petrol and alcohol, respectively petrol and methanol. In this case stable materials are more expensive than polyester, therefore, for economic reasons, only a layer of the internal shell is made of a stable material. In order to make the layer controlable with respect to its porosity and thickness, by using the electric penetration test, it is proposed, that the internal shell (2), at least on the innermost side, should by provided with a layer (4) of an electrically insulating material also chemically stable with respect to the action of the stored product and that the upper surface of the shell adjacent to the layer should be electrically conductive.

La citerne de stockage, utilisee en particulier pour des fluides exposes a l'action de l'eau, tels que l'huile et l'essence presente un manteau interieur (2) en matiere plastique. Le materiau utilise pour le manteau interieur est du polyester renforce de fibres de verre. Le polyester n'est cependant pas stable chimiquement par rapport a l'essence additionnee d'alcool, respectivement de methanol. Les matieres stables sont dans ce cas plus cheres que le polyester, c'est pourquoi, pour des raisons economiques, uniquement une couche du manteau interieur avec une matiere stable entre en ligne de compte. Pour que la couche soit controlable quant a sa porosite et a son epaisseur, en utilisant l'examen de penetration electrique, on propose comme solution, que le manteau interieur (2), au moins du cote interieur, soit muni d'une couche (4) d'une matiere isolante electriquement et stable chimiquement par rapport a l'action des marchandises stockees et que la surface superieure du manteau adjacente a la couche soit conductrice electriquement.
