[origin: WO8102523A1] Wound drainage which comprises a cylinder (10) arranged as a suction chamber, with a piston (17) displaceable therein. The cylinder is capable of being connected via a stop-valve (13) to a drainage catheter (15) at one end thereof, whilst an elastic strand (19) which is connected with the piston is withdrawn through the other end of the cylinder. The strand can be locked in the desired withdrawn position by means of a locking device (23) which prevents the movement of the strand into the cylinder.

Drain de blessure comprenant un cylindre (10) servant de chambre d'aspiration, avec un piston (17) pouvant se deplacer a l'interieur. Le cylindre peut etre connecte via une soupape d'arret (13) a un catheter de drain (15) a une extremite de celui-ci, tandis qu'un cable elastique (19) connecte au piston est retire par l'autre extremite du cylindre. Le cable peut etre bloque dans une position desiree au moyen d'un dispositif de blocage (23) qui empeche le mouvement du cable a l'interieur du cylindre.
