[origin: WO8102813A1] A prefabricated fire-sealing lead-through body (1) for one or more conduits (32) through a wall, for example. The body comprises a casing (2) with elastic fire retardant foamed material (4) disposed therein, said material being kept in the casing compressed transverse to the longitudinal axis of the casing, sealingly surrounding the conduit or conduits. From its one free end the casing is only partially filled with foamed material, the length of said material being adjusted to correspond to safety requirements made for the fire seal in question. The unfilled part of the casing has a length which adapts the whole length of the body to the wall thickness in question.

Corps prefabrique (1) de passages etanches au feu pour une ou plusieurs conduites (32) par exemple au travers d'une paroi. Le corps de passage comprend un boitier (2) a l'interieur duquel est dispose un materiau (4) elastique mousseux retardant le feu, ce materiau etant comprime a l'interieur du boitier transversalement par rapport a l'axe longitudinal du boitier, constituant une etancheite autour de la (ou des) conduite (s). A une de ses extremites libres, le boitier est rempli seulement en partie de materiau de mousse, la longueur de ce materiau etant ajustee de maniere a correspondre aux dispositions de securite concernant l'etancheite contre le feu en question. La partie non remplie du boitier a une longueur qui permet a la longueur totale du corps de s'adapter a l'epaisseur de la paroi en question.
