Abstract (en)
1. A rotary calculator of the type comprising a crown (2), a cursor (3) in the shape of a ring and a central disc (4), the three components in question being provided with graduations (2e), (3d), (4d) suitable to allow calculations of the number of stitches and the number of rows of a piece of knitting to be carried out, the interior edge of the crown (2) and the facing exterior edge of the central disc (4) having a shoulder to receive the ring, whilst the latter carries a rib engaging loosely between the crown and the disc, characterised in that the interior edge of the crown (2) and the facing exterior edge of the central disc (4) are each provided with an upward-facing shoulder (2a, 4a) to receive the ring (3) which has a transverse section in the shape of a T, of which the upright constitutes a lower rib (3b) which engages loosely between the crown (2) and the disc (4) in such a way to be attached to a ring (5) bearing under these components in order to retain the ring (3) in relation to the crown end disc.

Il comprend une couronne extérieure (2) dont la périphérie intérieure comporte un épaulement (2a) tandis qu'un autre épaulement symétrique (4a) est ménagé sur la périphérie extérieure du disque central (4). Un curseur en forme d'anneau (3) est placé dans les deux épaulements (2a, 4a). Il comporte une jambe (3b) à laquelle vient s'associer une bague (5) au moyen de laquelle les trois éléments principaux du calculateur sont assemblés de telle manière qu'ils puissent être déplacés angulairement les uns par rapport aux autres.
