[origin: US4405328A] The invention relates to an aqueous preparation for shrinkproofing wool, which contains, as active ingredient, organopolysiloxanes of a particular structure with mercaptoalkyl or mercaptoaryl radicals and hydrogen atoms. The preparation is storage-stable and causes no yellowing in naturally colored or white wool. The hand of the wool is not disadvantageously affected.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine wäßrige Zuberertung zum Schrumpffestmachen von Wolle, welche als wirksame Substanz Organopolysiloxane bestimmter Struktur mit Mercaptoalkyl- oder Mercaptoarylresten und Wasserstoffresten enthält. Die Zubereitung ist lagerstabil, verursacht bei naturfarbener oder weißer Wolle keine Vergilbung. Der Griff der Wolle wird nicht nachteilig beeinflußt.
