[origin: EP0048022A2] A nucleotide selected from the group consisting of 3'-deoxyguanosine-5'-monophosphate, 3'-deoxyadenosine-5'-monophosphate and pharmaceutically-acceptable salts thereof enhances, when administered to a tumor-bearing animal under the anti-tumor treatment, anti-tumor effect due to the anti-tumor treatment. The anti-tumor treatment comprises irradiation to a tumor site of the animal or administration of an anti-tumor agent to the animal.
