A sewer-cleaning vehicle comprising : a sludge tank which is at a negative pressure in operation and into which a suction line lowerable into the sewer to be cleaned extends ; cleaning water tanks (B1, B2) to supply a high-pressure pump (55) which delivers the water to a hose fitted with a nozzle head and lowerable into the sewer to be cleaned ; and a filter facility (35) via which precleaned water accumulated in the sludge tank can be supplied to the cleaning water tank, characterised in that at least two parallel-connected water tanks (B1, B2) are provided, each of which is connectable, by way of inlet and outlet stop valves (40, 41; 44, 45) provided in parallel-connected top entry and bottom outlet connections (38, 39; 42, 43), to the output (37) of the filter facility (35) or to the output (54) of the highpressure pump (55).
