A pneumatic motor with at least one piston/cylinder unit, the surface of the piston (5) being greater when it is subjected to pressure than on the return stroke, and with a cylinder (6), the cross-section of which is modifiable according to the modified surface size of the piston and whose two adjustable side walls can be stressed by means of a compressed-air operated piston/cylinder unit (12). Devices are connected to the reciprocally moving piston rod (7) of the piston (5) to convert this reciprocal movement into a rotary movement. <IMAGE>

Ein Druckluftantrieb mit wenigstens einer Arbeitskolben/Arbeitszylindereinheit, wobei die Oberfläche des Arbeitskolbens (5) bei der Druckbeaufschlagung größer ist als bei der Rückführung und mit einem entsprechend der veränderlichen Oberflächengröße des Arbeitskolbens querschnittsmäßig veränderbaren Arbeitszylinder (6), dessen zwei verstellbare Seitenwandungen vermittels einer druckluftbetätigten Kolben/Zylindereinheit (12) beaufschlagbar sind. An die hinund herbewegliche Kolbenstange (7) des Arbeitskolbens (5) sind Einrichtungen angeschlossen, um diese Hin- und Herbe- wegung in eine Drehbewegung umzuwandeln.
