Abstract (en)

The drum (3) of this reeling device (1) consists of a disc, in one of the faces of which a generally spiral groove (5) is made. A retaining cover (4) in the form of a fixed plate is laid against this face of the disc. During reeling and unreeling, the cable (2) bears essentially on the side walls of the groove and virtually avoids rubbing against the cover, thus ensuring a high efficiency and making it possible to use the device (1) in motor-vehicle window lifters. <IMAGE>

Abstract (fr)

Le tambour (3) de ce dispositif d'enroulement (1) est constitué par un disque dans une des faces duquel est creusée une gorge (5) en forme générale de spirale. A cette face du disque est accolé un capot de retenue (4) en forme de plaque fixe. A l'enroulement comme au déroulement, le câble (2) s'appuie essentiellement sur les parois latérales de la gorge et ne frotte pratiquement pas sur le capot, ce qui assure un rendement élevé et permet d'utiliser le dispositif (1) dans les lève-glace d'automobiles.
