1. A low pressure connection (1) comprising a valve (10) which closes automatically during unloading, with a device for the automatic coupling of moulds (15, 23), which are consolidated in a vacuum, to a vacuum system, the mould (15, 23) having a check valve arrangement (17), which establishes the connection to the inside of the mould (15, 23), in the area of the valve outlet, characterized in that the valve body (2) of the low pressure connection (1) can be displaced, under the action of the load, through the mould (15, 23) in a vertical direction against a spring force, in that in dependence on the displacement path, the valve (10) is opened or closed and thus a connection is established between the low pressure system and the valve outlet, and in that the valve outlet is provided with a sealing surface (14) onto which the mould (15, 23) can be placed.

Der Unterdruck in vakuumverfestigten Gießformen muß ständig bis zum Erstarren des Gußstückes aufrechterhalten werden, und zwar auch beim Transport. Um ein manuelles Ab- und Ankoppeln der jeweiligen Unterdruckleitungen an die Gießformkästen zu vermeiden, wird ein sich selbständig bei Belastung öffnender und bei Entlastung wieder schließender Unterdruckanschluß (1) vorgeschlagen, bei dem der Ventilkörper (2) des Unterdruckanschlusses (1) unter Einwirkung der Belastung durch die Gießform (15, 23) in lotrechter Richtung entgegen einer Federkraft verschiebbar ist und in Abhängigkeit des Verschiebeweges ein Ventil (10) geoffnet bzw. verschlossen wird, so daß eine Verbindung zwischen dem Unterdrucknetz und dem Ventilausgang hergestellt wird. Das Ventil ist mit einer Dichtungsfläche (14) versehen, auf die die Gießform aufsetzbar ist, wobei die Gießform im Bereich des Ventilausganges eine die Verbindung zum Inneren der Gießform herstellende Rückschlagventilanordnung (17) aufweist.
