[origin: WO8102760A1] The device comprises a small rod (18) hinged on one side to a shaft (19) mounted on the upper horizontal edge of the fixed frame (10) and on the other side to a shaft (20) integral with a strip (21) which may slide in a groove provided into the upper horizontal edge of the leaf (11), a link (22) and a lever (23) mounted on the same edge of the leaf (11) as the strip (21) above the latter. The link (22) is connected kinematically to the handle (13) so that when the handle (13) is moved angularly by a quarter of a turn, one of the arms of the lever (23) acts as a break applied against the strip (21), thereby locking the leaf in the angular position upon such handling.

Le dispositif comprend une biellette (18) articulee d'une part a un axe (19) monte dans le bord horizontal superieur du cadre fixe (10) et d'autre part a un axe (20) solidaire d'une reglette (21) qui peut coulisser dans une rainure menagee dans le bord horizontal superieur du battant (11), un attelage (22) et un levier (23) montes dans le meme bord du battant (11) que la reglette (21) au-dessus de celle-ci. L'attelage (22) est relie cinematiquement a la poignee (13) de telle sorte que lorsque la poignee (13) est deplacee angulairement d'un quart de tour, un des bras du levier (23) agit comme un frein applique contre la reglette (21) ce qui bloque le battant dans la position angulaire ou il se trouve lors de cette manoeuvre.
