Strip-shaped terminal elements (1) for the connection without stripping of electrical conductors. Such a terminal element (1) should be designed such that it can be produced cost-effectively. For this purpose, within the strip (2) there is a cut-out (3), the centre region (4) of which is of circular design, zones (5, 6) extending in a wedge-shape being connected on both sides of this region (4) in the longitudinal direction of the strip (2). In this arrangement, the terminal element (1) is bent such that the circular-shaped region (4) is located at the apex of the bend. By these means, the conductor to be connected can be inserted easily and quickly and is made contact with securely in the zones (5, 6) extending in a wedge-shape in each case on opposite sides (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>

Streifenförmiges Klemmelement (1) zum abisolierfreien Anschluß elektrischer Leiter. Ein derartiges Klemmelement (1) soll so gestaltet werden, daß es preiswert gefertigt werden kann. Zu diesem Zweck befindet sich innerhalb des Streifens (2) eine Ausnehmung (3), deren mittlerer Bereich (4) kreisförmig gestaltet ist, wobei sich in Längsrichtung des Streifens (2) an beiden Seiten dieses Bereiches (4) keilförmig zulaufende Zonen (5,6) anschließen. Dabei ist das Klemmelement (1) so abgebogen, daß sich der kreisförmige Bereich (4) im Scheitelpunkt der abbiegung befindet. Dadurch läßt sich der anzuschließende Leiter leicht und schnell einlegen und wird in den keilförmig zulaufenden Zonen (5,6) jeweils an sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten sicher kontaktiert.
