Abstract (en)

1. Holding magnet release of high sensitivity having a yoke body made of two ferromagnetic sheets (4, 5), extending in parallel with each other, and spaced by non-ferromagnetic material and/or air, respectively, and provided with, at least, one window (2a) for, at least, one exciting winding (2), wherein the excitation flux closes without air-gap and which comprises a considerable reduction of the cross-section for the excitation flux at that location, where the releasing armature (3) is supported, and having an arrangement of permanent magnets, bridging the yoke sheets (4, 5), for the generation of the holding flux, adjustable in its height, of the release, characterized in that the arrangement of permanent magnets consists of, at least, two separate permanent magnets (1a, 1b), a first magnet (1a) of which, providing a basis flux of a determined height, is arranged stationarily in regard to the yoke sheets (4, 5), and a second magnet (1b) is arranged movably in regard to the two yoke sheets (4, 5) in such a manner that same provides a flux component, adjustable in its height and optionally increasing or decreasing the basis flux.

Abstract (de)

Ein Haltemagnetauslöser hoher Empfindlichkeit besitzt einen aus zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden, ferromagnetischen, durch nicht ferromagnetisches Material beziehungsweise Luft (6) distanzierten Blechen (4, 5) aufgebauten, mit wenigstens einem Fenster (2a) für eine Erregerwicklung (2) versehenen Jochkörper, indem sich der Erregerfluß luftspaltlos schließt und der eine starke Herabsetzung des Querschnittes für den Erregerfluß an jener Stelle (5a) aufweist, an der der Auslöseanker (3) aufliegt. Ferner besitzt der Haltemagnetauslöser eine Erregerwicklung (2) zur Erzeugung des Erregerflusses und einen Auslösesanker (1a, 1b) der die Schichten beziehungsweise Bleche des Jochkörpers an Stelle überbrückt, an der der Jochkörperquerschnitt für den Erregerfluß stark herabgesetzt ist. Zur Verkleinerung der Baugröße, zur Erhöhung der Empfindlichkeit und zur Verbesserung der Einstellung des Auslösers sind auf den Schmalseiten oder Fenstern (2a) des Jochkorpers (4,5,6) zwei Permanentmagnete (1a, 1b) so angeordnet, daß sie den Spalt zwischen den Jochblechen überbrücken. Dabei ist ein Permanentmagnet (1a) ortsfest und der andere Permanentmagnet (1b) verdrehbar oder verschiebbar angebracht durch welch letzteren die Regelung des Permanentmagnetflusses ermöglicht ist.
