1. Pneumatically controlled compressor cut-off coupling with a valve device and with a control line leading from the pressure chamber of the compressor to the coupling, the pressure of which can disconnect the coupling at a predetermined level in such a way that the compressor comes to a standstill when the drive continues and after repeated pressure-dependent disconnection of the coupling starts up again, characterised in that the control line (15) leading to the coupling is fed from a pressure regulator (30) which is connected to the pressure connection (24) of the compressor and in its closed position ventilates the control line with respect to the external air, in that between the pressure chamber of the compressor and its suction chamber there is a connection which can be blocked by a vent valve (38), and in that the vent valve (38) can be moved, by means of a switch element (switching piston 37) that is acted upon by the pressure in the control line (15), when a predetermined switching pressure is reached, into the position that is open with respect to the pressure chamber and which releases the vent connection to the suction chamber of the compressor.

Bei einem Kompressor mit einer bei Erreichen eines Abschaltdruckes pneumatisch ausrückbaren, die Antriebsverbindung zwischen einem Antrieb und dem Kompressor unterbrechenden Kupplung ist in der den Abschaltdruck für die Kupplung führenden Steuerleitung (15) eine Regelventileinrichtung zwischengeschaltet, welche mit einem bei dem vorbestimmten Abschaltdruck öffnenden, die Verbindung in Richtung der Kupplung freigebenden Druckregler (30) und einem durch den Druck des Druckreglers gespeisten, bei Erreichen des Abschaltdruckes betätigbaren, den Druckraum des Kompressors entlüftenden Entlüftungsventil (38) versehen ist. Das Entlüftungsventil (38) befindet sich hierbei in einer Verbindung zwischen dem Druckraum des Kompressors und dem Saugraum bzw. dem Sauganschluß des Kompressors.
