The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for defrosting the accumulated frost on the condensers of refrigerators, wherein the defrosting takes place automatically at defrosting intervals whose beginning and duration are each predetermined. In order to plan the defrosting of the accumulated frost in a reliable and energy-saving manner, it is proposed that only as many of the predetermined defrosting intervals as correspond to the defrosting requirement should be permitted. It is of advantage here if the number and sequence of the permitted defrosting intervals are determined as a function of the melting time, and this is determined as a function of the condenser temperature pattern. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Abtauen des Reifansatzes an Verdampfern von Kühlmöbeln, bei dem das Abtauen automatisch in Abtauintervallen erfolgt, deren Beginn und deren Dauer jeweils im voraus festgelegt werden. Um das Abtauen des Reifansatzes sicher und energiesparend zu gestalten, wird vorgeschlagen, von den vorgegebenen Abtauintervallen nur so viele freizugeben, wie dem Abtaubedarf entsprechen. Dabei ist es von Vorteil, wenn die Anzahl und Aufeinanderfolge der freigegebenen Abtauintervalle in Abhängigkeit von der Schmelzzeit und diese in Abhängigkeit von dem Verlauf der Temperatur des Verdampfers bestimmt werden.
