Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0052774A2] 1. Cupboard element or frame element, particularly to accommodate drawers or drawer shelves, comprising a plurality of laminar wall elements (WE) arranged mutually facing and at least one transverse beam (QT) extending across the interstice of two wall elements (WE) and connecting these wall elements positively or non-positively together, a two-membered catch connector (RS) being provided for the connection between wall element (WE) and transverse beam (QT), by providing at least one first laminar side of one respective wall element (WE) with at least one first catch element (REX) and providing the flexurally rigid transverse beam (QT) in the region of its terminal sections with two catch elements (REV), characterised in that the first and second catch elements (REX; REV) each exhibit a complementary pair, correspondingly constructed, of oppositely inclined flexurally rigid support surfaces (TRX; TRV), which are in mutual positive engagement, that at least one strip-shaped support web (TS) constructed as a stiffening rib and extending across the predominant part of the wall element width is shaped integrally on at least one surface of the wall elements (WE), whilst the said first catch elements (REX) being formed by sections of this support web (TS), and that the said first catch elements (REX) exhibit a relief (HS) for the engagement, directed transversely to the wall plane, of the second catch element (REV).
