Abstract (en)
The carton is made from a single sheet of corrugated cardboard or similar material. The sheet (11) is cut to such a shape and has fold lines (12-15), as to allow tongues (16-19) to be folded at right angles to form the sides and ends of the carton. Extensions to the side tongues (46-53) are so shaped that, when folded, they form two double thickness transverse walls. Further extensions (44,45) are folded to form a double thickness central longitudinal wall. The carton is intended for packaging spools etc.

Verpackungsbehälter, insbesondere für Spulen aus faltbaren Flachmaterial, dessen Zuschnitt aus einem Bodenabschnitt (11) und daran angelenkten Seitenwandabschnitten (16 bis 19) besteht, wobei durch an zumindest einem Seitenwandabschnitt (16,18) angelenkte Querstege (32 bis 35) und zumindest einen daran angelenkten Längssteg (44,45) ein Gefache zur Aufnahme der zu verpackenden Gegenstände gebildet wird.
