In a method in which the coil is wound over a mandrel corresponding to the core (1) onto which it is then threaded, a flexible, suitably punched insulating sheet (2, 3, 4) is disposed on each longitudinal face of the mandrel, winding heads bounded by flanges (6) and whose base (5) is extended by flaps (7) which can be bent back and which, over a specified distance, run alongside the longitudinal faces of the mandrel, are applied to the end faces of the mandrel, a part (2) of the insulating sheets is wedged beneath the said flaps (7) which can be bent back, the winding wire (11) is coiled onto the bases (5) and flaps (7) of the winding heads, this having the effect of clasping the flaps (7) against the mandrel, and the edges (3, 4) of the insulating sheets are folded onto the completed coil. <IMAGE>

Dans un procédé de fabrication d'un enroulement autour d'un noyau de self ou de transformateur dans lequel l'enroulement est bobiné sur un mandrin correspondant au noyau (1) sur lequel ensuite il est enfilé, on dispose sur chaque face longitudinale du mandrin une feuille isolante (2,3,4), pliable, convenablement découpée, on applique sur les faces extrèmes du mandrin des têtes de bobine bordées de flasques (6) et dont la base (5) est prolongée par des pans (7) rabattables longeant, sur une distance prédéterminée, les faces longitudinales du mandrin, on coince une partie (2) des feuilles isolantes en dessous des dits pans (7) rabattables, on enroule le fil de bobinage (11) sur les bases (5) et pans (7) des têtes de bobine ce qui a pour effet de serrer les pans (7) contre le mandrin, et on replie les bords (3, 4) des feuilles isolantes sur l'enroulement terminé.
