Abstract (en)
1. Autarkic equipment for the rapid expulsion of torpedoes and missiles without start stage, which are usable below as well as also above water, the equipment consisting of a closed tubular container (1) for the storage and jolt-free transport of the weapon (4), latching and driving means for the weapon, which are actuable by a signal supplied from outside, wherein a gas generator (15) or a replaceable compressible gas volume serves for the expulsion of the weapon, characterised thereby, that the weapon (4) is borne in a support ring (5) about centrally in the container (1) and surrounded by a protective fluid, that a regulating valve (10) for a gas volume (9) is opened after delivery of a start signal and by way of a further regulating valve (14) sets the gas generator (15) into operation, that the gas flowing out of the gas generator (15) loads a double piston consisting of a main and an inner piston (19, 18), wherein the main piston (19) is unlatched by the inner piston (18) after a threshold value has been exceeded, that the main piston (19) pushes the weapon (4) out of the container (1), is damped in its forward movement at the support ring (5) and is stopped at guide surfaces (6) at the muzzle with simultaneous unlatching (26, 25) of the weapon (4) and that the main piston (19) displays a seal (24) on its circumference.

Die Erfindung befasst sich mit einer Ausstosseinrichtung für Lenkwaffen, wie Torpedos und Flugkörper, die von Basen unter und über Wasser abgeschossen werden. Der Behälter (1) zur Lagerung und zum Transport der Lenkwaffe (4) dient zugleich zum Abschuss der Waffe. Hierfür sind im Behälter (4) Antriebs- und Verriegelungsmittel (14 - 20, 23 - 26) vorgesehen, die durch ein von aussen zugeführtes Signal (21) aktiviert werden und den Ausstoss der Waffe (4) bewirken. Als Antriebsmittel dienen ein Druckgaserzeuger (14 bis 16) oder -behälter sowie ein vom Druckgas beaufschlagbarer Ausstosskolben (17 - 20) der in seinen beiden Endlagen verriegelbar ist.
