[origin: WO8200114A1] The present invention is formed by two main parts (1) and (2) which comprise two laminated rods (3) and (4) provided, spacedly and from one of its longitudinal edges, with a a number of semi-rings (5) and (6). Parts (1) and (2) are linked to each other by means of rectangular rings (8) or by means of a wire (7). Being the binder at the closed position, rods (3) and (4) are juxtaposed and the semi-rings (5) and (6) form a number of closed rings retaining perforated leaves or sheets. Being the binder at the open position, rods (3) and (4) may rotate between each other by up to 180 DEG , the terminations of semi-rings (5) and (6) being offset from each other, so as to permit removal or placement of leaves or sheets. The binder is provided with a removable rod (9) which adjusts itself to rods (3) and (4), these being juxtaposed, so as to hold the binder in the closed position.

Le present relieur consiste en deux parties principales (1 et 2) qui comprennent deux tiges laminees (3 et 4) pourvues, a intervalles et a partir de l'un de leurs bords longitudinaux, de plusieurs demi-anneaux (5 et 6). Les parties (1 et 2) sont assemblees entre elles a l'aide d'anneaux rectangulaires (8) ou a l'aide d'un fil metallique (7). Lorsque le relieur est en position fermee, les tiges (3 et 4) sont juxtaposees et les demi-anneaux (5 et 6) forment plusieurs anneaux fermes retenant les feuilles perforees. Lorsque le relieur est en position ouverte, les tiges (3 et 4) peuvent tourner entre elles d'un angle de 180 au maximum, les terminaisons des demi-anneaux (7 et 6) etant decalees les unes par rapport aux autres, de maniere a permettre le retrait ou l'introduction de feuilles. Le relieur est pourvu d'une tige amovible (9) qui se regle elle-meme sur les tiges (3 et 4), celles-ci etant juxtaposees, de maniere a maintenir le relieur en position fermee.
