1. Thread feeding for circular-knitting machines comprising bobbin holders (4) arranged along their circumference and to each of which a knot catcher (18) and a thread deflection device (15) are associated at a distance above the bobbin holder (4) and supported by upright rods (11), and thread storing devices (22) which, in respect of the thread running direction, are arranged downstream of the knot catchers (18) and the thread deflection devices (15), characterized in that each bobbin holder (4) has associated with it a separate upright rod (11) for supporting the respective knot catcher (18) and thread deflection device (15), that rod being easily removably secured approximately at the level of the bobbin holder (4) by means of a plug and socket connection.

An einer Rundstrickmaschine sind Fadenzuführungen vorgesehen, bei denen die Garnspulen (8) in zum Spulenwechsel gut zugänglicher Arbeitshöhe an Spulenträgern (1) angeordnet sind. Aufragende Stangen (11) tragen den Knotenfänger (18) und die Fadenumlenkung (15), die sich in Betriebsstellung im Abstand oberhalb der Garnspulen (8) befinden. Die Stangen (11) sind durch eine Steckverbindung in Form eines Steckstifts (10) und einer Steckbuchse (12) abnehmbar mit dem zugehörigen Spulenträger (1) verbunden, so daß das Einfädeln des Fadens durch den Knotenfänger (18) und die Fadenumlenkung (15) bei abgenommener Stange (11) mühelos bei sicherem Stand auf dem Boden vorgenommen werden kann.
