Abstract (en)
The process consists in introducing, on a continuous belt, the successive products into a partially sealed tubular bag of plastics film (6), and in applying a pressure (14) to at least the upper face of the product in the bag so as to expel the major part of the air contained in the bag; the latter is then completely sealed and cut with a cutter (11) in order to be transported prepacked in a leaktight bag towards a sterilising station (5). In the case of flat products, the pressure is applied by means of a runner of elastic material and, in the case of products with voluminous configuration, by a blowing tunnel which delivers high-speed jets of air onto the product in its bag. <IMAGE>

Le procédé consiste à introduire, sur une chaîne en continu, les articles successifs dans un sachet tubulaire de film en matériau plastique (6) partiellement scellé, à appliquer sur au moins la face supérieure de l'article dans le sachet, une pression (14) pour expulser la majeure partie de l'air contenu dans le sachet; celui-ci étant alors complètement scellé et découpé par un couteau (11) pour être acheminé pré-emballé sous sachet étanche vers un poste de stérilisation (5). Pour les articles plats, la pression est appliquée au moyen d'un patin en matériau élastique et, pour les articles à configuration en volume, par un tunnel de soufflage délivrant des jets d'air à grande vitesse sur l'article dans son sachet.
