Recoilless missile system with at least one launcher tube and for each tube at least one rocket projectile with a tail unit (12, 32, 51), the tube (1, 24) comprising at least one chamber (2, 3; 27, 67) for receiving a propelling charge (4, 5; 29, 62), characterized in that the rocket projectile (7, 28, 46) contains at least one propelling charge (10, 34, 68) the pressure of which being about equal to the air resistance of the projectile flying at its initial speed, in order to preserve this initial speed and to eliminate the influence of the lateral wind.
