1. Process for the cleaning, disinfection, rinsing and drying of objects or instruments, in which these objects or instruments are immersed in various solutions and at least temporarily submitted to a mechanical ultrasonic treatment, characterized by the fact that in a first stage these objects or instruments are immersed in an alcoholic alkaline solution for at least 4 hours and at room temperature, and that in a second stage they are submitted to the action of a deoxidizing alkaline liquid and then of a mixture of a fluorinated hydrocarbon and an alcohol, the different operations of this second stage being each effected for 10 seconds to 5 minutes together with a mechanical ultrasonic treatment and a thermal treatment at a temperature between 30 degrees and 50 degrees C.

Le procédé comprend une première étape dans laquelle les instruments sont immergés dans une solution alcaline alcoolique, et une seconde étape dans laquelle on soumet ces instruments à l'action d'un liquide alcalin désoxydant puis d'au moins un mélange d'un hydrocarbure fluoré et d'un alcool, entre 30 et 50°C, conjointement à un traitement mécanique par ultrasons. Le dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé comporte notamment des éprouvettes (10) contenant respectivement les différents liquides (13) de nettoyage et recevant en position de service chacun un panier de nettoyage (14) dont la partie inférieure (15) au moins est ajourée et contenant les instruments à nettoyer, par exemple les petits instruments de l'art dentaire. Les éprouvettes sont en outre plongées dans un récipient (1) contenant un liquide (4) permettant la transmission des ultrasons et muni de moyens de chauffage.
